In January, the Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Changxing Zhongcheng Power Co., Ltd. has commenced construction of a new production facility |

In April, the Group entered into the Letter of Intent with Xinhe Government to invest and construct new production facilities in Xinhe County, Hebei Province |

In July, the Group’s indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary Henan Chaowei Power Co., Ltd. acquired an 85% equity interest in Qinyang Libiao Plate Co., Ltd. from Henan Yifeng Industry Group Co., Ltd., and Qinyang Libiao became an indirect non-wholly owned subsidiary of the Group |
